I would suggest that you try downloading a free simulator programs from famous sites, I found one a long time ago, played with it for a while, lost a lot "money", when the trial ends and offered me to go online trading for REAL, I forgo their offer. To me, you really a need a good background experience, not just "gut instincts" or "luck".
Alternative method: Hire a company that specializes Online Trading or an Internet Broker with a good long term investment earnings and have a good capital money to invest, also be emotionally prepared in case you might lose some money along the way.
